Dispatch & Supply

Shipping costs within Germany:

Amound of order up to 74,99 €: 5,40 €*
from 75,- € up to 149,99 €: 2,90 €
150,- € and more: FREE delivery within Germany

Our goods are delivered by DPD (Deutsche Paket Dienst). Schould you not be at home at the time of delivery, a notification will be left. You can then arrange a new date or place (e.g. your neighbours) of delivery with DPD.

International shipping costs:

For some countries we have fixed prices (see your basket after login with your country), for all other countries the actual charges will be calculated based upon the weight and distance to ship your package. We will inform you about the shipping costs before shipping!

Transport costs for deliveries outside Germany depend on weight and distance (country) of destination (about 6,- € to 30,- € within Europe) irrespective of order value. If the oder value is more than 150,- € we will charge 4,- € less.

Customs duties for deliveries in non EU countries are at the expense of the orderer (e.g. Switzerland: 16,90 € customs duties).

Shipment is at the expense and risk of the orderer.

Goods are ensured over the forwarding agencies. Please check for transport damages immediatly.

Discounts

Private customers are offered the following discounts on regular goods on stock::

5% discount on order value of 150,- €
10% discount on order value of 250,- €
15% discount on order value of 500,- €

Excluded from any discounts are:
already reduced goods (special offers, remnants), patterns, haberdashery, catalogues, samples and other services.

If you are a commercial customer, a trainee, work for a museum, theatre, film or school, please call 0049 641 962820 and ask for further discounts and a login for commercial customers to our shop. We may ask you for evidence.

Payment

Payment is effected by:

credit card
advance payment
cash on delivery (only in germany and austria)
direct debiting (only if you have a german bank-account)

Terms of delivery

We supply promptly within one week (within Europe). If any goods should be out of stock or in production we will inform you.

Exchange and return

is not possible on ordered measures of faultless yard goods and on articles reduced in price.

Furthermore we cannot accept return of goods espacially ordered or manufactured on your request.

If you wish to return a finished article, you ca do so within 14 days if the article is unused and in its original packaging.

Please contact us before returning any product (see "conditions of return").

Complaints

must be made within 14 days after dlivery and before yard goods have been cut. Complaints effected in time entitle the customer to the statutory warranty claims (change, reduction of price, replacement).

Unequalities and differing colour in natural, naturally dyed and handprinted material characterize there fabics and cannot be accepted as complaints. The same applies to handwoven fabics where occasional unequalities in weaving are unavoidable.

Conditions of return

Please cantacs us befor returning any goods!

We do not accept unfranked returns!
Refused or returned orders cost twice the shipment whitch is charged to the customer's account.
In the case of partial delivery we only charge shipment costs once. Following dliveries are at our cost.

Prices and offers

We don't accept liability for misprints and mistakes. All offers are without engagement.

Title retention

All goods remain property of ANITA PAVANI FABICS until complete payment of the purchase price.

Place of fulfillment & legal domicile

is Giessen / Germany. German law is valid. The existing law in Germany is according to the existing German law.
