This fabric releases excess colour, so wash separately.
Due to the handwork, the pieces are individual, therefore no repeat details.
It is a handmade batik, created in many steps and therefore each piece is unique.
After dyeing a cretonne, individual areas are sealed by hand using wax printing. The dye is then only applied to the unprotected areas. After fixing the colour, the wax is removed by repeated washes and the work becomes a finished batik.
