Shipping costs National (Climate Neutral)

Shipping costs incl. VAT for domestic shipments to PRIVATE CUSTOMERS on the mainland*:*For deliveries to islands, we will inform you of any island surcharges that may apply BEFORE shipping the goods.

Our service flat rate for inner-German shipment depends on the value of your order. Shipping is carried out by GLS (General Logistics Systems
Germany GmbH & Co. OHG), Alternatively, shipping via DHL is also possible, e.g. to deliver to a packing station.

Optional surcharges:

Cash on delivery: Only possible from EUR 40.00 order value and only by GLS, EUR +8.90 in addition to the normal shipping costs, regardless of the order value.

Delivery by GLS-Express: Delivery on the next working day except Saturdays, EUR 12.90 flat rate, regardless of order value.

For commercial customers there are different shipping conditions, these can be viewed as a registered commercial customer in our commercial terms and conditions.

General information about our shipping costs:

Our online shop displays the shipping costs applicable to your order after you have logged in to the shop and placed the desired items in the shopping basket. Our general shipping costs for a private order within Germany are displayed before you log in.

Delivery takes place immediately from stock, the delivery time is approx. 1 - 3 working days. Different delivery times and availability are indicated on the product pages. For international shipments, delivery may take a little longer depending on the destination country.  If the dispatch of your order is delayed, e.g. because an ordered item is not in stock, you will be notified by us.

Shipments are insured against loss or damage, but we do not offer the dispatch of goods by uninsured letter post. If you receive a parcel that is badly damaged or wet on the outside, please ask the deliverer to confirm this in writing or, if necessary, refuse acceptance and contact us immediately.

We deliver to non-EU countries (third countries) and to business customers in other EU countries with a valid VAT ID without charging VAT.

This page contains only information about our shipping costs for private customers, but NOT about our discount conditions for commercial customers (see our terms and conditions).

In principle, we dispatch all consignments, whether by GLS or DHL, CLIMATE-NEUTRAL!

International shipping costs (climate neutral)

International shipping is carried out by GLS or DHL at fixed service flat rates for postage & packaging depending on the destination country (mainland! islands excluded), regardless of the value of the goods.

Delivery to other countries is possible on request, please contact us if you are interested.

*For deliveries to non-EU countries (third countries), the amount includes the customs declaration by GLS or DHL and delivery to the destination country. In addition, there may be import duties (customs duties, taxes and fees) as well as additional fees from GLS or DHL for the display and settlement of import duties. Due to the high additional costs, we recommend an order value of at least EUR 200,00. Delivery is made without charging German VAT.

Optional surcharges:
Delivery by express or overnight courier is possible on request.

Shipping costs for sample shipments

Handle samples are sent by uninsured letter post. Free handle samples are sent free of charge. We charge a flat-rate service fee for all sample consignments (sample cards) that are subject to a charge.

Our payment methods in the overview

SEPA direct debit
The purchase price will be debited from your account 1 - 3 days after we have dispatched the goods to you. Bank charges for returned direct debits will be charged to the originator.

Credit card (currently not available!)
When you place your order, the purchase price is authorised and your credit card is debited at the time we ship the goods to you.

Paypal
You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal. You must always be registered there or register first, legitimise yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. You will receive further instructions during the order process. Your PayPal account will be debited at the time of the order; should there subsequently be a reason for a refund/partial refund, this will also be made to the PayPal account used for payment.

Prepayment
This payment method is only available for international orders. Payment is made in advance by bank transfer. We will send you an e-mail with the necessary payment details after checking availability. The dispatch takes place after receipt of payment on our account.

On account
This payment method is only available for small orders (e.g. sample shipments) or for public facilities and institutions (e.g. theatres, museums or schools). Long-standing regular customers can also be authorised to pay by invoice on request. Payment is made by bank transfer to our account after you have received the goods.

General information on our payment methods:

You can choose to pay by prepayment, SEPA direct debit or PayPal. We also deliver pure sample consignments by invoice.

Public facilities and institutions (e.g. theatres, museums or schools) can also pay by invoice, for which an activation in the shop is necessary.

Please note that the selection of possible payment methods may vary depending on the destination country and the contents of the shopping basket. The possible payment methods are displayed during the ordering process.
