Our range includes a wide variety of sustainable fabrics made from natural fibres such as cotton, linen, silk, hemp and wool. Each natural fibre and fabric type has unique properties that make it suitable for different projects and applications – from sustainable fashion to durable home textiles.

The range of fabrics – a brief overview

Our range is divided into two areas: our core collections and our seasonally changing collection with fashion and designer fabrics.

Core collections

The core collection forms the heart of our range. It comprises around 50 collections, organised by material and fabric type. In addition to a large selection of high-quality basic fabrics – including many GOTS-certified organic fabrics – you can also discover exclusive fabric types and rare textile treasures here.

The fabrics from the core collection are usually available year-round and on a long-term basis. Further information and an overview of the collections can be found HERE.

Seasonally changing collection

Our seasonal and designer fabrics complement the range with changing highlights from surplus stock from renowned fashion collections, mainly from Italy. We offer these fabrics at particularly attractive prices – but only while stocks last.

Linen fabrics

Robust and cooling, linen has been with us since the dawn of human textile history and remains the most beautiful and sustainable natural fibre for home textiles and summer clothing.

Cotton fabrics

Thanks to its versatility, cotton is the world's most important natural fibre. We mainly offer natural or certified organic cotton fabrics.

Hemp fabrics

By far the most sustainable fabrics are made from hemp. Environmentally friendly to grow and durable in use, we believe it is THE natural fibre of the future.

Ramie fabrics

Ramie fabrics are characterised by their sheen and very fine, linen-like fibres, which make them ideal for durable textiles.

Nettle fabrics

These hand-woven fabrics and hand-knitted shawls made from 100% nettle are a real rarity.
A completely natural, ancient fabric from the mountain villages of the Himalayas.

Wool fabrics

Amazingly easy to care for, wool and merino fabrics provide optimal temperature regulation in both summer and winter. From fine CoolWool to soft jerseys and weatherproof loden, wool fabrics cover every need.

Silk fabrics

More precious than ever and unfortunately increasingly difficult to obtain, pure silk fabrics feel incomparably soft against the skin and are the perfect material for fine garments for special occasions.

Viscose fabrics

Viscose is not a natural fibre, but it is made from sustainably sourced cellulose fibres and therefore offers an environmentally friendly alternative to synthetic materials. Viscose fabrics are impressive due to their versatility and soft feel.

Produced for renowned designers, these fabrics adorn the catwalks of international haute couture and Italian alta moda and are among the best currently being produced. In addition to our regular collection, we offer these designer fabrics by the metre in seasonal changes at a fraction of their actual value... but only while stocks last!

From simple basic materials to GOTS-certified organic fabrics and exclusive Italian designer fabrics, our collection includes a wide selection of jerseys and woven fabrics. Jerseys or fabrics made from natural fibres such as cotton, linen, hemp, ramie, nettle, silk and virgin wool are the most comfortable to wear. Some of them are produced sustainably in small factories to a high standard of quality.

Here you will find fabrics by the metre for a wide variety of uses, from clothing fabrics such as comfortable cotton jerseys, outdoor-suitable loden or boiled wool to linen for tablecloths and curtains to decorative fabrics made of cotton satin or nettle fabric. The range is complemented by matching sewing accessories such as sewing patterns, ribbons, sewing threads (organic) and care products.

Natural, (plant-based) dyed, plain, printed, textured woven, embroidered or lace for everyday wear or special occasions, for young and old, indoors and outdoors – we have been passionate about good fabrics for over 40 years. Natural fibres are more sustainable and environmentally friendly than synthetic fibres. They are good for people and the environment, both in clothing and interior design.

Under the heading ‘Fabrics’, you will find special haute couture treasures – designer fabrics from Italy – also made from natural fibres. All fabrics can be sampled individually as swatches, and many collections have comprehensive sample cards showing all the colours in the range.
