e offer tailored special conditions for business customers, institutions such as museums, theaters, film and television productions, as well as for schools and students. We are happy to provide these conditions by email or phone once we receive appropriate proof. Our regular volume discounts for end customers will be discontinued as of July 1, 2025; however, end customers will continue to benefit from changing discount promotions and fairly calculated prices that offer attractive terms even without large order quantities.

Special Conditions for Business Customers

As a business customer with a textile-related business, you will receive wholesale conditions with graduated discounts depending on the purchase quantity. There is only a low minimum order value, and the graduated discounts apply from as little as 0.5 meters, so even small companies and startups can benefit from these conditions.

Our business customers include e.g. tailors, designers, fashion labels, fabric retailers, interior decorators and architects, as well as manufacturers of textile products and toys.

Business customers without a textile connection receive consumer discounts, but can request an individual offer for larger quantities if needed (e.g. curtain fabrics for hotels).

After switching your customer account to business conditions, you can view the graduated discounts in the shop and order directly at wholesale conditions – via the shop, phone, fax, or email. We are happy to send you detailed information about our wholesale conditions in advance by email upon presentation of a textile-related business license.

A note requesting us to switch you to business conditions
Your address and the email of your shop customer account (this account will then be updated).
Your textile-related business license (business registration or other proof of commercial textile processing)

We will inform you by email once your customer account has been updated. After logging in with the above email address, the shop will then display our net wholesale prices.

Special Conditions for Museums, Theaters, Film & Television

We supply institutions and public facilities throughout Europe, offering them extensive and free sampling, commercial graduated discounts, payment on account, and, if desired, very fast overnight delivery across Europe.

We are proud that world-renowned museums use our non-toxic fabrics for the restoration of ancient artifacts and cultural assets, and that major theaters such as the La Scala in Milan, the Opéra national de Paris, the Berlin State Opera, or the Bavarian State Theater bring our fabrics to the stages of Europe. Our fabrics have also appeared in countless films and series such as "The Lord of the Rings", "Game of Thrones", or "Harry Potter", dressing famous Hollywood stars.

But we are equally pleased to support many smaller theaters that rely on our range, and we are happy to assist with individual advice and sampling to find the ideal fabric for your current projects or productions.
In doing so, we not only draw on our stock assortment visible in the shop but also on a large sample archive of fabrics that we can source upon request for appropriate order quantities.

Special Conditions for Schools & Students

We support textile-related education by allowing both training companies and students themselves to shop with us at special conditions. As small quantities are usually needed for individual garments, the graduated discounts here are not based on the quantity per fabric but on the total order volume.

Therefore, we recommend a collective order by several students or an entire class to reach higher discount levels.

Should a larger quantity (entire bolts) of a particular material be needed, we will gladly provide an individual offer.

To benefit from the special conditions, registration with appropriate proof of textile-related training is required. Your shop account will then be updated to school conditions, allowing you to shop directly with special discounts.
